What the FUCK. We're 7m under the salary cap, but "over" the projected internal budget? I have no faith in this fucking team's ownership.

I don't get it. We're "over-budget", yet we're able to pay Morrison $1.75M per year. Aren't we now over-budget because of that? Or did we cut Kennedy so that Morrison's contract would be under budget.

This sucks.

Oh come on, other clubs are cheating on the salary cap with their long term contracts and we cheat on ourselve with a fucking self imposed budget? So, all this "we want to be a contender" talk is bullshit, if I want to be a contender I spend what's possible not what's economically reasonable.

Later in the interview, it does sound like if Darcy can give a strong enough case to BTG, that he'll be able to get more money to spend.
