This is a move that just kills quality free agents from coming to Buffalo with how you deal with you own players from within. Come on it's not like Kennedy's salary was breaking the budget. But why waive him when you should have given him the year contract and then trade him later on. The kid is just a fucking rookie for christ sake give the kid sometime. I would have like to see him get one more season before people make judgement on a player. The kid was more in a defensive role with the team.
I want this ownership to sell the team to someone that wants to field a competitive team and has a desire to win a cup. I just don't see this happening with this ownership. What a fucking joke this team has become in the last few years with the way they handle players. It's the same shit year and year out develop within and hope you get quality players thru the draft and hope you get a player like Myers or Miller. This team doesn't care about winning but about putting asses in the seats.

Easy killer, Quinn may blow, but these aren't really "purse strings". Golly has stated his business attitude. Anyhow, the only bad move 'may' be Kennedy release and free agent signings(beyond your means). D.R. made a good signing in Morrison(it's like he had 1 friend left).
