I'm honestly not 100% sure, but from my understanding of the CBA yes, he could be sent down prior to the waiver period starting October 1st.

Yes, but we now have more experienced prospects who are ready to come up. They are missing their window. No one's including Gragnani either. We just signed him so I expect they want to work him into the line-up too.

We can't keep three NHL ready defenseman all out of the line-up at the same time. I would like to see Sekera and Butler gone for sure...Then Gragnani and Weber can fight to play for injuries and healthy scratches.
