I'd honestly insert Sekera for the first game, Butler for the second game, and Weber for the third game, whoever did the best gets the spot regardless of previous performances.
Sekera is 24, Butler is 23, and Weber is 22. Weber stays in Portland one year if you look at their ages, It's time for Sekera and Butler to step it up, or you're not coming back basically.
I forgot Gragnani is 23 now also, so you either let him fight for a spot or keep him in Portland.
I would say give Gragnani Sekera's spot, keep Butler up or give Weber another shot.
But to look at stats, Butler had 21 points in 59 games, Sekera had 11 points in 49 games last year. Keep Butler, Put in Gragnani for 5 games, then Weber for 5 games, then maybe do the same for Sekera to give them all a fair shot. Well we would need to rotate Butler in and out then also as Sekera and Butler are fighting for that final D spot.
