What hockey maven told you that? :P

Hmm I wonder :P

CriminallyVu1gar is our resident uber stats nerd. He crunches numbers like it's his job. He's the one who clued me in to Leopold's and Morrisonn's improved play with the puck over Tallinder's and Lydman's.

An article about it, you did nothing but maybe show the article on it.

I can't find it now, but it was about the additions of Morrison and Leopold over Tallinder and Lydman, I don't remember which thread it was in, and I don't care to find it again because I'm lazy.

But I read it and know what it said.

You find it if you want it, I don't even remember where Alex would have posted said stats either if he did.

He posted them because he went and dug them up himself. Then I posted a link to my blog post in response to something sabresEH said. Alex did the work percentage-wise, I did the work fractions-wise.

My post, with fractions. I gotta search harder for Alex's post with percentages, but I have to go to bed.

Yeah, I definitely went to the real-time stats section on NHL.com and pulled the numbers myself. It's also where I got the data for my "free agent defensemen" thread. I don't take credit for other people's work. Split personalities notwithstanding.

I gotta say Phil, you should be a professional sports writer for the Sabres with that.

I guess it was your article/blog post about it. You sure are a great writer, And I could have sworn it was from like NHL.com or something I read it at, but it was you, haha.

I do that all the time too Alex, it's how I figured out what defensemen you were talking about in your thread.

I really like Lydman too but I don't think he has that club in his golf bag, if you catch my drift.

He's the poor mans Reghear, although now that he's only making about a million less than him I don't know if that expression still applies. Very good player, but Morrisonn is a more than capable replacement. He's 6 years younger, almost a million cheaper, and a bigger more physical player. He's got decent mobility and smarts as well.

I should have put the  face on the end of that statement.

Don't expect Morrisonn to score more than 20 points this year, maybe even 15 points is asking too much, but prove me wrong Shaone, prove me wrong!
