I always thought that "man cave" referred to a garage.

Yeah, I'd call most of those home theaters, not man caves.

I would assert to qualify to be a man cave it has to be a place inherently unattractive to women and children.
Like a cigar lounge or garage.

some of those were decent (hockey and poker) but most of those looked more like "hobby rooms" then anything else. the one with the Wine sign looked like something out of Home and Garden.
