They also explained why they arrested the wrong guy at first, and frankly, it made sense.

People at the hospital said he did it, he matched the description of the shooter given by multiple people, and was picked out of a lineup. That was enough to bring him in for questioning. When they arrested him, they found clothes with blood on them that matched the description of what the shooter was wearing.

Downtown, he gave multiple different stories about where he was and what he was doing. Based on the evidence at hand, and his own actions, they did the right thing by arresting him.

After they reviewed the video and picked out where the guy was ,and what he did, they dropped the charges since at that point they knew it wasn't him.
