I played the Ultimate team, and Had Luongo and Miller as goalies.

That mode will be interesting. But since you can;t save anything from it, I only played one game and closed it out.

And Chicago won the cup once again.

One thing I noticed and hated was when the puck falls from the goalie it goes really really slow. It didn't have any real time feel to it, just sorted fell to the ice in slow motion. I hope that is only a Demo issue though.

I beat the tournament and never got any sort of promo code. I was assuming that it tied you winning to your PSN handle/Xbox Live gamertag and would reward you once you signed online with the game.

Well, at one of the screens in the Ultimate Team section it tells you that you unlocked a bonus pack for trying the demo and there's a fine print line at the bottom saying that it's upgraded if you beat Team Canada.

Sev, add me on PS3. quirkles

I won't remember your name. Whenever I end up getting NHL11 I'll try to play some games with you guys. I'm more of a FPS online then sports games online. It could change though.

I only played one game on the Demo, I don't like how the puck bonces, or slowly rolls down from the goalie.

I've done a few of those moments when I was playing NHL 10 and the goalie makes a ridiculous save that should have went into the net with ease.

they changed the passing now to the strength of the pass is determind to how long you hold the pass button.. you only pass when the button is released... didn't know if you knew that or not but that might be the problem..

okay so i reviewed the Ultimate Team videos EA has posted and these are the overall ratings i was able to see.. there were more but i could recognize some players and their names weren't visible.
Now these rating are prolly not final, and i know in Ultimate team you can upgrade your players so some of these could be off.. but i figured it would give us an idea of what EA is thinking.

Ovechkin ---- 94
Crosby ------ 93
D. Sedin ---- 90
Gaborik ----- 90
Latendresse - 81
Okposo ------ 82
Weight ------ 80
Seguin ------ 79
T. Hall ----- 81
Koivu ------- 87
Lecavalier -- 89
Stamkos ----- 88
Berglund ---- 82
Rypien ------ 78
Tim Kennedy - 72
Matt Ellis -- 74
Forsberg ---- 81
P. Regin ---- 75

Pronger ----- 87
Lidstrom ---- 87
D. Keith ---- 87
Meszaros ---- 82

Luongo ------ 90
Miller ------ 91
Turco ------- 85

Those shouldnt be the ratings seeing as those are identical to the ratings they had in NHL 10

False, Lidstrom was a 91 and I'm pretty sure that Luongo was at 92.
