The twins are the least of the problems up there. The fact that they decided their schizo goaltender should be their captain tells you all you need to know about that team.

He's $3.75M of cap that the Canucks will need to get rid of (or at least reduce during the year) if they want to make sure that they can at least add something at the trade deadline to help in the playoffs.

So he's big, mean, productive, can kick the shit out of people for under $4M...I think the Canucks ought to look elsewhere to trim the roster before moving someone as useful as Bieksa. IMO.

Well, let's see what happens when they play Chicago without Byfuglien. The only other high profile Western team who tried that approach is Detroit camping in front of the net.
