I doubt it fully.

Really depends on how we play them. We may have had a much fuller NHL roster this game and won. But I don't think it will be our only win, we'll get them a few times I would say this year.

All depends on how their goalie situation is.

ok, before i say what im about to say, this is not my goalie boner talking. and, alex, i know youre going to say something about how i like goalies, especially the sabres rivals goalies. while this isnt true, i can understand why it would seem that way. anyways, here goes.

the sens goalie, robin lehner, is going to be a good one some day. very good. he is 6-4 with a butterfly style, and is quick post to post, and aggressive to challenge shooters. apparently, he is very calm when pressured.

his father coached henrik lundqvist and taught him everything he knows. however, before he would teach lundqvist something, he would test it out on his son first.

im only parroting scouting reports. ive heard his name alot, but havnt seen him play. just being honest.

so, there ya go. take it for what its worth.

and for some crazy reason, one i cant find, he turned 19 this past july. but some how, some way, hes exempt from the AHL 20 and over rule, and its already been said he will be playing for the B-sens this season in the AHL. no idea why. he played for the B-sens 2 games last year as an 18 year old.

Being exempt from the AHL 20-yo rule is easy...if you're European. It doesn't apply to players of non-North American origin.

It depends on where you're drafted from.

If you're drafted out of the CHL, the 20 year old rule applies to you. If you're drafted from a Euro league, but play in the CHL, it does not.

I don't care how good you think he is mike, he just needs to keep that 5-hole open.

well, you know me, i love to talk about goalies. the goaltender im the highest on is jack campbell. a goaltender i was high on, but im not so high on em now is tomas mccollum. he really stubbed his toe last year. shockingly, im not that high on semyon varlamov. i was, but, i kinda feel like he was passed up by neurvirth. but the thing that stuck out about lehner was his background. i mean, when your old man is the goalie coach for the belerus national team and taught lundqvist his trade, thats a pretty good pedigree. anyways, just wanted to give ya guys a scouting report. im running out of goalies who i think are going to be good.

PS, leland erving is another name im hoping to wedge into discussion soon. haha.
