i wonder if the main reason kassian was sent down before the second flyers game was due to his injury. i was kinda expecting him to get his 9 game try out in this year.

agree, he looked very good the first game and then was invisible the rest of the games he played.

We can handle Vanek getting a rest the way Stafford, Roy, Ennis, Gerbe, Hecht, and Pominville are skating.

I have a bad feeling Connolly is going to be the disappointment this season. And we need him to be good, because he's a center.

Time will tell, I suppose.

I didn't see him in many preseason games it seemed.

But his one goal against Montreal was sick and just perfect.

I don't think he'll be a disappointment this year at all.
