A friend of mine who works for Pratt and Whitney once said something interesting when we were chit chatting one day about UFO's. He said that the stealth bomber and fighter were being flown in prototype form way back in the first half of the 1900's and were constantly reported as "UFO's". He then said that the shit he works on is in "prototype" form now and would blow my socks off if I saw it. He mentioned that his project won't be ready and used by the military until we're old men. Basically, the shit that is being developed and tested is beyond anything we have right now and when someone sees it flying in the sky and has no idea what it is they end up screaming "ALIENS!!!". Is it more likely that some impossibly distant alien civilization has traveled all the way to our random planet just to roam around scaring Chinese people or that our military and civilain sector scientists keep secrets?

Also for the record the video looks like some high powered light from the ground was shining up onto the bottom of a low ceiling cloud formation to me.
