Yep. I've spent the entire day re-explaining phone system reports to the people responsible for watching phone system reports. (Our owner got pissed when I pointed out to him that we've been abandoning 75% of our sales calls for the last 6 weeks because the HR person over there stopped hiring for that department, and they have no staff. The fact that I noticed this and not the call center management went over VERY well. :p )

I think that the Sabres should skate with Ottawa and stay out of the box. I don't like Kovalev and Gonchar out there, that's too much Russian fire power. I also think the Sabres skate WAY better, and should be able to dominate at ES!!
