I'm really super irritable right now. I just want to smash something, or nap. Maybe I should just do the nap thing.

OH MY GOSH THE TOY STORY TRAILER

Looooooove.

I'm only a year older than Andy. lol. But, seriously, I watched that movie so much when I was a kid, and I know that every theater is going to be full of kids that are 18-25.

Between that and Where the Wild Things Are, which as a book captured the very essence of being a child, I'm psyched. My childhood is aliiiiive.

When I have kids, I'm buying them toys that I like.

It takes like ninety-five years to buffer but that's because it's trying to be all 1995 again.

a love of neon

he shrugs his burden free
a life like fission spent
the chafing on his angered shoulder

the steel-toed boots

and shedding scale that clots his sight

to mine his pockets' tailings
for silence’ whispered trust
a payment owed his pain

and scrubbing free his chalky failings

he’ll rise in jangled flight

to glide through night’s cathedral
and smell her rain-soaked hair

I had my worst week at work since I started. Which wouldn't worry me if they weren't laying people off right now. I came into work to find 16 of the 17 people that started with me were fired. Many of them had been having consistently better performances than my current week. I might be looking for a new job come Sunday. Sigh..... the one week I had to drop the ball at work had to be this week. Fuck.

I have been basically high on life since Wednesday, and I don't really know why.

It's so odd to realize how much you change within the span of a year. The changes in myself were purely of my own doing... it's still odd.

AHHHHHHHHH MY FAVORITE SINGER EVER IS COMING BACK AND HAS A NEW SONG AND IS GOING TO GO ON TOUR AND IS RELEASING AN ALBUM SOON

She's been my absolute favorite since I was nine, but she went on an "indefinite hiatus" in 2002 and absolutely fell off the face of the planet, and I have been so sad because I was all, "I will never see her live now," but now she's back. HAHAHAHA. It's so weird because I've been listening to her music all the time lately on YouTube, at least the three songs that exist on there (the rest went bye bye because of copyright), after not listening to it for probably a year and a half, and I was fully planning on taking her CDs out of my room when I go home for fall break and bringing them back here, and yeeeeaaah. AHHHH SO HAPPY.

I'm not mentioning her name because nobody here will know who on earth she even is, so it's pointless. :P
