1. There were seven guys on the ice near the end of the game.
a. Who fucking cares if they didn't add on 4 seconds...would that have made any difference on the outcome? I'll give you the short answer - no.

2. We really didn't play bad at all tonight, we were simply beaten by a much better team. Kudos to Montreal for playing a great road game.

3. Myers is fucking terrible right now.

4. Miller has now been outplayed by his opposite goaltender two games in a row. First Brodeur, now Carey fucking Price. I'm not saying this loss is entirely Miller's fault, but he was definitely out-dueled. Price made the timely saves, Miller didn't, and that's the difference as far as the goal-tending this evening.

5. Vanek needs to GTFO.

You know how teams have bonding exercises, like when they go to military academies before training camp? I think that the Sabres mgmt should set a precedent and hold something like that during the all-star break. Not something that physically demanding, maybe like a very team oriented obstacle course or scavenger hunt.

Why?

Because it's embarrassing how bad their team chemistry is, the passing is awful. The defense can't trust the forwards to help out. The forwards are forcing plays that aren't there, some of the decisions they are making with the puck are flat out STUPID. It's like they are living in this fantasy world in which every member of the team is Pavel Bure and they can make any kind of ass backwards play and he will get there.

I don't get the sense that this team trusts each other or believes in each other, not in a genuine way. Using the puck to their advantage, controlling and managing it as a team, that's the key to being a Stanley Cup contender. Right now they are treating the puck like it's a live hand grenade.

Um, Miller was NOT outplayed by Brodeur. Did you even watch the NJD game? He was "definitely out-dueled" tonight? lmao give me a break.

Price outplaying Miller is a flat out joke, the Sabres did not have more than 3 descent shots on Price who basically got off the whole game stopping shots that a high school net minder could stop.

I saw a lot of good things out of this team in the third period, and I think that they're capable of playing much better hockey than we've seen thus far.

The lineup went through some changes this offseason, and it's going to take a little bit of time for things to gel.

I'm not worried yet. I think they've got what it takes to win hockey games.

Price let in 1 goal, Miller let in 2. How much more obvious can it get? Black and white folks.

Price made the saves that he had to when it mattered, Miller did not.

Miller stopped 60 of 63 shots against the Devils and Canadiens, a .952 save percentage.

Well that's 3 saves too few. Just not good enough. Hopefully Lalime plays tonight.

Really? Hoping for Lalime over Miller?

That's perfectly logical.....

Based on the tenor of his posts in this thread, I don't get that impression.

If he's not joking, he's certainly trolling.

LOL. I believe I'm allowed to have my own opinion, if you don't agree with it fine, just don't resort to making judgments on my intelligence. It's childish.
