I hate this. I waived a goalie but it doesn't take effect until tomorrow so I cannot play the goalie I want who I had on IR. So I can kiss his stats good bye tonight....bullshit

I know but the last several games he's been back but Boudreau doesn't have an official #1 goalie.

I'm starting to gamble. Dropped a forward in order to pick up Neuvirth as a 3rd goalie. It may backfire.

I was thinking of picking him up, but it dawned on me that I already have Turco and Niemi.

I have Vokoun and Ward but Vokoun's stats are awful this week. I thought maybe a third goalie is helpful since there are 5 goalie stats. I still don't know what's the right strategy in this game.

It can work, as long as you like your forwards.

If you have a good forward and Defense selection you can try to count on them to win the categories and hope your goalies get one of the stats.

In this small of a team, you just want to hope the best for each. Have a decent enough skater group and a decent enough goalie.

Last year I was almost always guaranteed to win the offensive stats since I had three or four 100 point guys on my team, but my goalies were so streaky I'd have to hope they could win at least one of those stats.

This year my team isn't as offensive but it does have good goaltending this time around.
