Los, you've never seen an Irish Car Bomb? 8 oz. Guinness Draught, 1 oz. Jameson Irish Whiskey, 1 oz. Bailey's Irish Creme Liqueur. Drop the mixed Jameson/Bailey's shot into the glass of Guinness and chug before curdling. It is the smoothest, most delicious drink I've ever had. Like a stouty, chocolatey beer shake.

ETC's Pub will be throwing a "Ralph on Dick" party this Monday night at 7pm, as we kickoff the Bills season long march towards the worst record in football, and that much coveted, elusive top pick in next year's draft. There will be .10 cent wings, $5.00 pitchers, $1.50 wells, and free car bombs after every Bills turnover.

I'll bring the freshest and hottest salsa you ever had. I just finished picking the last of my plum tomatoes, 2 kinds of hot peppers, cilantro, basil, and more parsley than I know what to do with. Throw in some onion and it's an orgasm on a nacho chip.
