I think they give up once they are behind. I haven't seen a comeback yet. Once Briere scored the tieing goal it went to shit.

I know how you feel. The only game I stopped watching was a few years ago when they were in LA and they were losing like 8-1 or something. It was probably around 1 AM so I decided to just go to bed. But it was weird.

Well it could be like last year, we lose the first game to the Flyers soundly but then we win the next three games to them.

I commented on this in a thread I started recently.

The Sabres for several years now have established a pattern of concluding a losing streak with a blowout game, then reverting back to same BS that caused the losing streak.

I suggested it is low confidence during the streak, immediately followed by overconfidence in the blowout---which causes them to start fuciking up again.

If you ignore history...........

Fitzpatrick is much more sound than recent QB's, so not all is lost.
