This is harder on the eyes than old people sex. I don't even want to watch.

If I want to feel like shit I'll talk to my wife, I have no need to watch the Sabres lose.

I think the Sabres will make a statement at home tonight: "We are here to win."

Bruins 2
Sabres 6

That hasn't been confirmed anywhere as far as I see. Where do you see this?

Garth...take it for what it is.

Updated:

Ryan Miller is out for tonight's game vs. Boston due to lower body "tightness".

Lalime will get the nod.

I think we'll see the Sabres of the playoffs, and a lot of this season. Score 2 goals, and then lose.

Expect several good players to be healthy scratches Friday because they cannot score goals, or see Vanek and Stafford sit on the bench for an entire period.

Lalime should not allow four goals like he did Saturday against the Stars. (Myers coconspired with him.)

Until Miller returns, hopefully soon, Lalime will be our primary goaltender. Enroth will back him up.

I honestly don't have any faith in either Enroth or Lalime.

Lalime always seems to do well if he had a back to back start for us.

Even when Miller went down the main reason we couldn't win was we couldn't score because Lalime kept us in those games.

This.

Yes, Miller may very well be the better goalie, but without scoring support, you're not going to win many games, regardless of who is between the pipes. I’m not saying he is not worthy of shouldering some of the blame in this stretch, but when you're not getting help from the front lines, it's tough.

Very true. Lalime is no Miller (of last season) so he does let in some softies at times but he works hard and does his best. The issue again tonight will be the Sabres offense (or lack there of). Thomas is on fire so what we do throw at him will most likely be stopped. The only way to get one or two past him is riddle him with shots like an AK
