I know she's a comedian, but there's nothing humorous about this. For all of the political criticisms she offered about politicians in general, she was using one of the same unfounded points that ignorant politicians have used for years.

What's even worse is that LCROSS, the lunar impactor, was a very low cost satellite, one of the first of its kind. Total costs for the LCROSS mission were $79 million, which is very impressive.

I'm glad that I decided not to go see her.

Just another Hollywood personality that thinks their opinion matters because they have a microphone to speak into.

I don't understand why universities fork over that much money for some uninformed big name to come in and try to brainwash kids more than they already are.

Not sure how much UB actually subsidized for that one - tickets were $20 for students and $40 for everyone else.

They definitely pay a lot for the distinguished speaker series, but it's worth it.

She was great in Ghost, too. But she's a blowhard when it comes to politics...

I am pretty sure the women on the The View have to be the stupidest human beings on the face of the earth... especially that Sherri Shepherd person. Jesus.

Militant liberals irritate the fuck out of me....thus I do not wish to be fuckless, so I tend to stay away from politics.......She never has to worry about health care. she has no clue! Who the fuck is to pay for "public" health care? HELLO! The people (taxpayers) who cannot afford health care will pay for health care....WTF! People who need care do not get turned away as it is...welfare recipients get free health care anyway. Who will benefit? And with the shambles the government makes of anything it touches, I foresee a disaster in the works. I, for one, am happy as hell they shot at the moon. It proves that non-government entities can actually hit the broad side of a barn with weapons....now if they could do the same with the middle east disaster, maybe we could get the hell out of there and concentrate at home....AHHHH but the OIL!!!!!!!!!! can't forget about the oil.....Lets spend trillions of dollars to preserve our interests in a depleting oil supply instead of spending mere billions to develop already developed alternatives......WAIT WAIT, we have to spend our billions on bailing out failing businesses that are going broke.....which is much like pouring water into a bucket with a hole in the bottom....Now I 'm irritated fuckless......thanks Whoopie! bitch! :)

The whole article is varying shades of wrong. Not rape-rape? Really? Stick to scripts, Whoopi; your mouth is doing you no favors.
