Lalime is out, possible case of appendicitis. Miller is going to back up Enroth at least Wednesday.

Geez...hopefully it's just appendicitis and not something more serious like Crohn's disease.

Ryan Miller backing up Jhonas Enroth

I just wanted to type that sentence to see how weird it felt

Translation: Lalime farted while Lindy was giving instructions and it smelled so bad Ruff sent him to get a colonoscopy.

So on top of Lalime being inept at being a good backup, he also has an inept appendix?

The usefulness of an appendix to a human body is comparable to the usefulness that Lalime has for this team.

C'mon Enroth, stay healthy!!

I wouldn't be too surprised in the devils take a run into Enroth..

Interesting tidbit of info, the appendix is not as vestigial as we'd once thought. It actually acts as a reservoir of 'beneficial' gut bacteria. So if there is some intestinal event which wipes out your good gut microbes, the appendix is there in reserve to replenish your supply.

So are you saying that if the entire team gets the shits and flushes their bowels out, he can reintroduce good bacteria to their systems to kick start healthy digestion and absorption? That sounds hard. Why can't he just be a better goalie?

I would be very surprised.. Miller still fully capable, and probably better than enroth. They'd be stupid to run Enroth... Then again...

Enroth starting over Miller, just is weird to see also.

but a healthy and fit Ryan is a good one, no need to rush him.

So if Enroth gets hurt... We pick a fan out of the crowd?

No, we finish the game playing with Miller who is probably a little rusty.

Goddammit, CV - beat me to it.

Miller backing up Enroth could be par for the course in 5, 6, 7 years.

Geez! I can't believe Miller lost his job to the rookie. I knew Enroth looked pretty good against the Leafs, but one game?
