The only thing that is really frustrating are penalties right at the end of OVERTIME. Third period penalties carry over, and like said above "teams should pay for their penalties," but it does suck that within the last 2 minutes of overtime teams can take penalties, but only do a small percentage of the time they were suppossed too.

No thanks - please, don't mess up the game as it is. In Europe, they try to do the exact same thing to soccer every once in a while - to no benefit at all.
