I dont know why everyone has such a hard on for Ennis. Yeah he's a skilled player, but he is another small forward, who lacks the toughness to out work a larger defender in the corner. He's got hands to all hell, no doubt about it, but unless he's not having to work down in the corner, he's not that great. He can't dump and chase, watch him tonight, it's painful to watch him dump the puck in, then try to get to it.
Will he be a good player? Yes, no doubt in my mind, he is a good player. Will he ever be a "super-star" never, no, wont happen. Look at the superstars in the league, all over 6ft 190 pounds. Ennis on his best day is what, 5'9 155 pounds?
Sure you get a St. Louis every once in a while, but for every St. Louis, you get 50 Gerbe's.

I find a flaw in your logic, Crosby is not 6 foot tall. He is 5'11". Marc Savard is only 5' 10". Height doesn't matter too much in the range of 6 foot, 5'9 guys can be just as good as 6'4 guys. It's all about hands and how they can protect the puck and their vision. Because we all know Gretzky was only 6 foot 185 but his hands, vision, and hockey smarts outmatched anyone else.

No need for violence, just tell her she's got a game misconduct and show her the door.

As I said in the GDT, the call on Rivet was horseshit. The Bruins player was holding onto Rivet's stick like it was the last fucking raft on the Titanic.
