So this is how good the Sabres can be with a little scoring depth? Nice.
The team played really well, much better puck support in this one.
I'm looking forward to Saturdays game versus the Penguins! BETTER WIN!
Going to be a tough one. Pittsburgh is on an 11 game win streak so hopefully the Sabres can be the ones to end it. Main goal: SHUT DOWN CROSBY. (impossible task but we can dream)
Not only that but Crosby himself is on a 17 game point streak at the moment I believe.
35 pts in 17 games. Anyone still think OV is better?

I honestly still think OV is better all around then Crosby still. This year Crosby has been amazing, not gonna fault him for anything. OV has started passing the puck more also, and will end the year over 100 points easily still.
Crosby can't possibly keep up this pace throughout the rest of the year anyways. Still glad I have him on my fantasy team but on Saturday, for the Sabres sake, I hope he doesn't score anything. And if he does, I hope it's a goal or a point that doesn't mean anything.
Are you fucking kidding me? All around better than Crosby. Maybe, maybe he is still better offensively, that may be the only part of his game that is better at this point. Crosby as we all know is destroying offensively this year, is top 15 in FO % and has been playing against other teams top lines. I don't think its as black and white as I made it seem but it's pretty evident Crosby is better in all 3 zones, and that includes the o-zone so far this year.
EDIT: Not a big deal but OV is on pace for 95 pts this year, not quite 100.
