Are the Sabres coached to look up the ice when clearing the zone to see if a D-man is pinching?

We're also all "Momma Bear" and "Papa Bear" clearing the puck...we either get antsy and try to clear it too quick and make a bad clear or we hold onto it all day and also 2 players on the forecheck and the other 3 skaters to fill the lanes. If we get this one thing "just right" we make up ground in the conference.

We do this all freakin' game.
