Most CHL teams do this and I have seen about 10,000 here in London but never 23,096

The same thing was done at an ECHL game Saturday night when the Greenville Road Warriors, formerly the Johnstown Chiefs, hosted the Gwinett Gladiators. I do not know how many were involved.
