I think you might be able to watch it on Center Ice since you're outside the Sabres broadcasting area. Like I said earlier, I checked my listings after reading the title of this thread. My guide has it listed on one of the Center Ice channels. it could be that there will be an Anaheim broadcast, but no buffalo one. I could be totally wrong of course, but I'm holding out hope.

I do have the game on my Center Ice (or at least it's in the guide). I guess we will just have to wait and see.

Damnit. I was gonna buy stubhub tickets for my girlfriend and I and they're up to 40 bucks. They were under 30 yesterday!

OK, not only is the game listed in my TV listings, it's also on the Center Ice website, and on the graphic CI puts up on their channels when no games are playing. I hope I'm not falsely getting anyone's hopes up, but my hopes are high that it will be broadcast on CI outside of Buffalo. Clearly, SOME sort of camera crew will be there.

My TiVo listing for the local Anaheim broadcast is there at 4:00 and it says it will be recorded

I don't get it though...why would there be any broadcast at all? It's not being blacked out for local reasons, it's being blacked out because Versus holds the rights to it and aren't broadcasting it.

every team has its own arena cameras though, right? highlights and replays and such

Yeah, I don't get it either.

I think it's a mistake in the guides, but I guess everyone will find out soon enough. :)
