Old rule: Start each period and end each period w/ the energy line - And use them after every PP and PK. It keeps the opposition off-balance.

Why does everyone make it seem like Miller is made of paper? They all say he has to stay healthy. He only missed last year because someone ran into him, before that he never missed anytime other than the broken thumb his rookie season.
