Personally, I've been struggling to get an 8% raise out of my employer for about 3 years. Statistically I am consistently among the best in my office, I have a great attitude, and I'm very polite. And yet, I get jerked around and overlooked year after year. And all this for a measly 8% raise?!

Pomminville makes 5 million/year by making my life even more depressing.
