The announced attendance at the Canadiens-Isles game last night.

Roloson made 37 saves and the Isles won 4-1.

Extenuating circumstances on that one. The Isles may suck, but they get a pass for last night.

Wasn't the Jersey game the same way.

What was the attendance for the Caps and Canes game also, Raleigh got hit with close to 10 inches yesterday, but the roads were pretty clear by 7pm, so it shouldn't have been as low as the NYC/Jersey area.

The New York area was hit by a heavy snowstorm that held the announced crowd to 5,329. The actual turnout appeared in the range of 2,500 to 3,000, some of whom left early following the announcement that local bus service was about to be suspended because of the storm.

There is the jersey attendance.

Snow storm my ass. Here in London on Dec 6,7 and 8th we had almost 5 feet of snow, then we had another 2 feet on Dec 14,15 and we still went on with our lives. Fuck even Buffalo would shrug off the little snow storm that hit the east recently

Ya know what, no sympathy. Was it an unmerciful ice storm? Five feet of snow in two hours?

It was just a snowsquall that sat on top of London for 3 days and then about a week later we had another squall that sat on London for 2 days which accumulated like to 7-8 feet of snow. If that happened in Jersey, Philly or NY they 'd close the city right down for 5 days.

i remember years ago, the pistons played the bucks in milwaukee during a massive storm. supposedly, less then 1,000 people showed up at the bradley center.

they get a pass, but thats still weak sauce.
