all in all I didn't think it was that bad of a game. The D could have played much better but I thought they played the whole game. I really didnt see them take their foots off the gas as they have many times in the past.

Pretty much this. They played a solid game against a very good team. There were plenty of missed calls on both sides that would have had an impact on this game. We got a point out of this and just need to build on the positives from here while we continue this road trip.

Oooomph. The Sabres had plenty of chances to put it away, but yet again failed. Terrible. It amazes me how bad this team is with the amount of talent that they have.

They definitely had more chances than the Avs to put this away but at least they played hard throughout most of the game. That itself is a positive. If this team just played all 60 minutes in majority of their losses things could be different.

*sigh*....did you guys know that Micheal Myers mask is actually a Captain Kirk mask? It's true! They teased the hair, cut the eye holes bigger, and painted it all white. Totally blew my mind.

Losing still sucks though. WTF.

Seriously did not know this....interesting

Whatever. We're going to jump all over him for a play that happens maybe one time out of 1000?

Please.

I think it's jumping all over after the dramatic culmination of complain-able things about ennis. He's not been special, but we really have no other good option to replace him with.

What's funny is that's what we say about ALL of our players. It's been said before, but it can't ALWAYS be the players.

Ennis looked like crap this game, and for the last couple of weeks. But his stick being there wasn't his fault...he got shoved there.

6th on the team in points with 18. Ahead of Tim Connolly,
5th on the team in goals with 9. Ahead of Tim Connolly, Jason Pominville, and Jochen Hecht.

Yeah, he's terrible. Really not doing anything. Damn rookies.

I'm in the middle on Ennis. On one hand, I want Lindy to bitch slap him for some of the things he does. On the other, when he sits, it REALLY sucks that the players who get more icetime because of it are grier, gaustad, and niedermayer.

Get into what? You stated an opinion, I'm refuting that opinion.

If you don't like it when someone disagrees and makes a counter-argument, I really don't know what to say.

im not upset. im fine. i just dont want to get into an argument is all. itll escalate into something stupid, and i really dont want that. trying to be less combative is all.

i have no issues with your opinion. its all good.

glad were on the same page for a change. haha.

well, we got a point on the road to a team in a conference where the extra point doesnt hurt us at all. get a point streak going.. see where it goes.

We all are maybe a bit disappointed with Ennis, but we're giving him a rookie/sophmore break on it. We'd have all hoped for a little more this year, I think. Not many options in Portland, either. Working hard or not, he's all we got, pretty much.

A rookie/sophomore break does not cut it anymore, not even under Pegulla's new ownership.

Congratulations, Miller, for allowing soft goals to the Avalance to tie the game, and to take it in overtime. What a waste.
