Since like '06 or so the Pen's would be between 38 or 42 points right now and would still make the playoffs, hell even finish in a 3rd or 4th seed. So it is doable. Yes, I know the Pen's are a much better team, but things can still turn around for the Sabres. Who knows. Time will tell.

I don't have high hopes with our top scorer out for the season. Miller would need to turn into his 09-10 self really soon to make it happen.
The only thing that gives me hope is that we are in the weakest division this season.
