Versus gamenight announcer rules:

1. Praise both teams while the score is 0-0.
2. Once one team has a lead, stroke them off while taking occasional jabs at the other.

I can't imagine what they will talk about on the post game show....hmmmm...I wonder it will have anything to do with balance and depth?

Best part of Versus? Right after Goose scored that 1st goal, I said to my brother 'here comes that fast start they were talking about'. Two seconds later, wham.

I swear that any of us could do a better job than these nimrods.

Gee another Steve Montidor limp wristed clear around the boards right onto an opponent's stick. I really can't wait for him to be off this roster.

To me a "distinct kicking motion" is the foot moving forward and follows the puck, like kicking a football or soccer ball, not the little redirects.

It's stupid as I said, get rid of it all together and make it only good if it's off the stick's blade or shaft.

Thing is how many of them are really top 6 forwards? Seems to me there's enough coulda, woulda, shoulda and didn't up there.

If they're playing on the top two lines, then they're top 6 forwards and expected to produce.

he's not the #3 defensemen on this team. He does this all the freakin time. Watch the Flyers...hard up the ice...transition get the puck up the ice. Watch the Bruins...same thing. We f'n play with ourselves until 2 forecheckers come up ice..
