I love Rogie Vachon's most famous mask as a King, too

The aesthetics of a goalie (mask, pad designs) is one of the best things about hockey. LOVE it.

There is a Jim Craig, (Note the clover on the side above Cheevie's) I believe closest to the right of the pic is a Gilles Gilbert, Cesar Maniago & Sawchuck as well.

That is an awesome design. I think they did a kick ass job with it and a nice tip of the hat to Gratton!

Enroth has the best mask on the team, and one of my favorites in the NHL.

you have no idea. my panties get wet once a goalie discussion comes up, but when its about equipment? well.. triple posting should tell you enough.

by the way, phil, remember our shin rolls discussion? vaughn has a pad out now that rask wears, and im very suspicious whether these qualify as shin rolls or not.

Image

clearly, thats not a 100% flat faced pad, as you can see by the lines going up, indicating shin rolls. however! they are flat.

jury's out, phil.

Was waiting for someone to post the 10/11 mask index :) I spent yesterday looking over all of them. Sexy masks. Turco's are still some of the best today.

Honestly his new CHI masks are better than his long-time DAL masks, but that's just me.

Yea, and he also has more vibrant blues and yellows on his mask. Gives it more 'pop'

Best thread idea this board has ever seen. My favorite masks are Johnson's Led Zeppelin themed ones!

Love Miller, easily my favorite goalie, but the masks do nothing for me.
