The Bruins just scored 3 goals in the last five minutes to come back from a 2-0 deficit against Pittsburgh. Ugh. Of all nights to blow it, the Pens had to fucking pick tonight.

Good job pittsburgh. I'm a little mad, but that was also kind of hilarious.

Boston shells Ottawa 6-0
Montreal squeezes past the Rags 2-1
Carolina beats Calgary in the shootout 6-5
Florida beats Washington in OT 4-3

We didn't do ourselves any favors tonight in the standings, and neither did the rest of the league.

Canes win 6-5 over the Lightning
Habs win 3-2 over the Rangers
Stars scored four powerplay goals and stomped Atlanta 6-1

Tonight was a bad night for the standings.

Canes won 6-4, not 6-5.

Yea bad night for us, but if they don't beat the Islanders, do we really want to see them in the playoffs?

As I said in the GDT, the call on Rivet was horseshit. The Bruins player was holding onto Rivet's stick like it was the last fucking raft on the Titanic.

Atlanta und NYR sollten heute verlieren und zwar in regulärer Zeit.

Let's go RedWings and Leafs!

Lightning won 4-3 against the Blues. It's not really relevant to us, but I was at the game so I thought I'd share. The crowd was only like halfway full and was dead quiet unless someone scored a goal. It was sad. There are excuses though. It was Super Bowl Sunday, and afternoon game, and it was against The Blues. This is the first game I've been there for that wasn't against the Sabres since I saw them play Ottawa in the Playoffs like 5-6 years ago. The crowds good when I go because it's usually packed with Sabres fans, but yesterday I got a taste of how unappealing going to games can be with such a lackluster crowd. The thing that scares me though is that I read the post game summary, and all the players were saying how amazing the crowd was tonight...and I was just like "whaaaa" so I'd hate to see what it's usually like. The players even went to center ice and saluted the crowd after the game O_o ...it was definitely worth going though because I sat in a suite and I met Dave Andreychuk while wearing my Sabres jersey and shook his hand lol.
