I was amused that she had to describe in detail how she fell into the fountain. We get it. You tripped and fell.

It figures she'd try to sue. Make some lawyers some money, that's all it will end up as.

i can see were this lawsuit is coming from. shes not sueing the mall for having a fountain there or for not having guard rail on it. shes sueing because the security guards leaked the security video which should never have happened. so i think her suit will get anywhere, probably not. but i can see her reasoning for it.

Its funny, no one knew who she was until she came out bitching that these security guards made fun of her.
