I'm hoping for classes to be canceled here for the second time ever. *fingers crossed*

CLASSES CANCELED TOMORROW YAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAY!!!!!!!!! But I still have my night class, but that's OK because I was hoping it wouldn't be canceled right off the bat because I adore it.

Indiana and WNY weather is the same for once. <3 First legitimate winter weather I've seen since becoming a student here.

LOVE LOVE LOOOOOOOOOOOVE

It's like the first time I experienced an actual snow day in high school (after being homeschooled when you have school anyway haha).

I don't think Buffalo State has ever cancelled school in its entire existence. Sometimes they will cancel afternoon classes if the power goes out or something like that, but I don't think they've ever shut down the entire school for a whole day.

No matter, I don't have classes on Wednesdays anyways. But I do have to work...it'd be cool if my work closed due to the weather!

Fly, Buff State closed one day in the winter of '94 or '95 due to a frozen water main that broke.

I think the last time UB closed was for one day during the October Storm. It's a rarity so I'm pumped. I was surprised how early they closed too. Apparently Michigan is getting slammed right now, so I'm sure it won't be long to get here.

You are all excited thinking about a Snow Day... Just be glad you aren't in Chicago. Jim Cantore from the Weather Channel is there, and Jim only goes where the worst weather is. Chicago is DOOMED!!!

Haha, I wouldn't be surprised if that was the last time they cancelled school... I remember when I first started my professors would say how the school essentially never closes due to weather.

If I had class tomorrow, I wouldn't go. I have no qualms about skipping class, which is kind of a bad habit. But when so many schools and colleges in WNY are already closed, then there would be no way I'd go tomorrow.

First day my college has canceled classes for weather since 1987. They did cancel classes for a day last semester so students could attend the memorial service of a student that died. Other than that, though...
