Let's enjoy it while we can - It will be hard work, to keep up this pace. No cheating. All season long.

I don't want to hear any S.C. talk...not one fucking breath of it. We take it one game at a time, we take note of the possibilities, but we never forget who we are, where we come from, and what's befallen us all too many times before. Pray for the best, but don't let your guard down for a minute.

Yeeeep. Remember last season... Oh boy.

I remember every season, and they all have ended with the agony of defeat. Pray for the best, but do not for one minute expect anything less than despair until total victory has been secured.

I predicted this to be true on sunday, and in my pregame facebook analysis...haha...all in all...It wasn't a total shock, but still epic lolz at the Bills

Awesome game
Hope they can keep up the effort for a while. They look like a puck possession team, play team defense and can still shoot 30+ times on net a game. Finally!

they did buffalo as well. detroit won a cup 2 years ago, and came within a game of back to back. the ass kissing is deserved?

I'm still grinning from that win.

On another note, however, I find I was not able to focus as much and really watch the game like I usually do. I think I'll find it hard to do post-game analyses if I've participated in the GDT. Oh for shame!

They didn't kiss Buffalo's ass at all.

And no, it's not well deserved. It's supposed to be a unbiased broadcast.

You could tell that all of the information in the early going was about Detroit. Then when Buffalo started to pull away, they began to find things to talk about.

Still, I'm sick of listening to them talk about Detroit like they invented the system they're running. To their credit, they've established it and stuck with it. But they certainly didn't invent it.

The only similarities between Buffalo and Detroit are that they play puck possession. Everything else; the way the defensemen pinch, the way the forwards pressure and trap, the way the outside wing drops back to cover the swinging defensemen... that's all Lindy Ruff.

Fuck off versus.

How many times did they talk about Miller playing for Michigan State? You could probably develop a drinking game with all the things YOU KNOW Versus broadcasters are going to bring up.
