Here's the deal with ferret.

I don't think he's that bad of a guy, generally. From those that met him at a M&G, I've been told that he was very soft spoken and polite to everyone. Maybe it just came from meeting everyone in person, I dunno. (I sure was anything but quiet and soft spoken when I met you all for that ill-fated Bisons game. :p )

Ferret has different opinions than a lot of the 'regulars'. The political stuff tends to get out of hand because, well, those sorts of things do.

His big problem was that he liked to start shit. Some of you guys should have been fish since you chomped onto his bait SOOOO many times I couldn't count. He also got pissed off when he saw someone else doing something that we had yelled at him for. I'll be the first to admit that maybe we didn't get it right all the time when it came to warning people.

When ferret got too nasty, he was asked to go take a break from the boards. When he came back, he was usually pretty decent. He would get the most pissed when he felt he was being targeted because of his political persuasions.

I wouldn't mind having ferret here, as long as he kept the talk to hockey. I just don't think he has the right temperament to have those sorts of discussions on the interwebs.

That sounds about right. And, yea, I'll be the first to admit I took the bait. But I certainly loved starting a fire under his ass.

I agreed with ferret on alot of issues. But sometimes in the interest of social interaction, he would kick his own ass. I would give him a vote here....his convictions are real, right or wrong, it is a plus to me. discretion is the word of the day although.
