Is it ok to say I'd like to see Enroth play again tomorrow night, and start working towards that thread?

Fun game btw. Thanx for keeping us in it until MTL tired out Jhonas.

There is absolutely NO way that Jonas plays tomorrow.

Why, because of the drama. I certainly hope our coach's balls are bigger than that. You play who you think gives you the best chance to win.

With 2 games in hand of Carolina, we are 2 points removed from the eighth and final playoff spot.

Your balls this close to a playoff spot is to play your best option. That's still Ryan Miller

That's your opinion. By that logic, you played Miller tonight, and Enroth tomorrow. We don't have to go through the whole seasoned vet, etc thingy, but if he played him on a "hunch"today, then he can have a "hunch" tomorrow, too.

Not with Millers record in Toronto...

...and don't get me wrong, I'm fine with Miller in tomorrow, but if he's truly fatigued, then give him a week off, and see what this kid can do. He's shown you no reason to fear playing him.

The kid did great. But Ryan Miller is the #1 unless he really starts fucking up.

1 bad game doesn't mean you throw Enroth into the starting role. Miller hasn't been stellar, but the Sabres have won in front of him pretty regularly since Dec. 28th. That's all we need.

Miller owns Toronto

This is just dumb thinking. It's not like Miller's this huge problem player. He's more than half the reason we stay in games sometimes. Even if this is a down year for him, he's still playing above average, and some rookie isn't going to change that thinking.

However, I will say that it's finally time to waive Lalime and keep Enroth up here. We can already tell Ruff trusts him more, and his ability to rebound from a bad situation reminds me a lot of a certain starting goalie for the Sabres.

Did they just say that Miller was 4th in wins at the ACC, INCLUDING Leafs goalies?

If that's true, holy shit. I can't wait to use that against my cousin.

From yahoo sports....as I was curious as well.

Miller is 11-4 at the Air Canada center.

He's 24-8 against Toronto for his career.

He has 4 career shutouts against the Leafs.

Miller is 24-8 in his career against Toronto with a 2.16 goals-against average and .931 save percentage. THAT is why you play Miller tomorrow

Enroth shouldn't stay. He should go back down and keep playing, where he stays fresh. We can call him back up at any time.

Wait a fuckin second, who said anything about Miller being a huge problem player. He is supposedly fatigued.

I would like to see that happen. That is one quick way for the Maple Leafs to earn team castrations.

Miller has only lost like 4 games against the Laughs since like 1845. A rested, pissed off Miller bitch slaps the Leafs tomorrow.

Besides, Enroth MIGHT be a little tired after the emotion (and duration) of that game.

No, I agree, but Anaheim gave Hiller a good amount of time off, because McIlhenny was playing good. If Miller is still fatigued, and Enroth felt good...

That's all I'm saying. Believe it or not, even Lalime crossed my mind.
