Yeah, every time he makes a big save they yell In-VINC-able!

"Tool-Time" was so much better.

Vinc did play great against Philly when I went to two weeks ago. Guy really is a good goaltender.

Cody Jameson needs to start living up to the hype though. I played against him (well, rode the bench and watched him) while he was at OCC. That team just dominated everyone, there was no competition.

And Montalo, your "how many titles" comment makes you sound like every Yankees and Habs fan I've ever met.

If there is one thing I love about box lacrosse is that it's still such a small sport that the blood rivalries that exist in other pro sports doesn't exist and you can easily get along with fans of other teams when the game isn't going on.

I'm with you on that. I just like to poke fun every once in a while. I've only been able to go to one game this year. My family has had season tickets for well over ten years. We've met Paul Day, Buff McCready, Brad Brad MacArthur, Casey Powell, and others. We've had them over for dinner a couple of times too. I remember going to their practices at the indoor field by my house and getting to meet the players. I had Steve Dietrich autograph a picture after one practice, and he wrote something nice like "follow your dreams and you'll never know what you'll be able to accomplish" on it to my brother and I.

In 1997 my Dad went to the championship game in Buffalo and was on the field afterwards. He took a picture of Duane Jacobs holding the cup, blew up the picture, and sent him one. We have the other one hanging in my basement.

Ended up not being very true, but Jack Skellington is exactly the same as one of my best friends holy cow.

Four hours of sleep? I can't do that stuff that anymore. When I was a sophomore I used to be able to pull near all nighters to study and now I'm lucky if I can stay up until 2:00 AM. Four-five hours of sleep don't cut it. I feel old.

Yeah, I'm starting to lose my ability to run on no sleep as well. I pulled a couple all-nighters last semester, and they resulted in acquiring colds, which never happened before. this must be the first thing to go.

I definitely agree with that being the first thing to go. I'm okay with it, though. Sleep deprivation is never a good thing.

One thing I stopped doing, though, is taking naps. I rarely take one anymore and I think that plays a large part in me not being able to stay up late anymore. Napping just fucks up my sleep schedule too much and I'd rather sleep at night than during the evening or something.

Also, now I'm a lot more productive in the morning than I am at night, which is also something that has changed since I've began college. I used to stay up late studying all the time and I can't do that anymore. I study in the morning and afternoon, leaving my evenings to myself. I like it better that way.

I think everybody on this campus owns a nondescript zip-up black hoodie, probably mostly from Walmart.

This is becoming my life this semester, when other obligations aren't present. I like it a lot.

I'm pretty sure I either have the worst immune system in the world, or I have some serious health issues. There have literally only been a few days in this past month that I haven't felt sick. Ugggggggggh.

What happens to me is I get really, really tired mid-afternoon/early evening, but I won't take a nap so I can "save it" for when I go to bed, but when it's time to go to bed I just lay there and have a hard time falling asleep. But then if I take a nap, I'll oversleep and then have a hard time falling asleep at night because I slept too long during my nap. It sucks. I've had sleeping issues for the longest time and it's a true form of torture. :(

Yeah, that sounds pretty familiar. I've had an increasingly obnoxious relationship with sleep since I was eleven years old. The way/when I sleep works all right in college, but now is the only time it's ever been viewed as normal when matched with my peers. In high school I would get 4-6 hours on a good night; I would rather that not happen after school. My natural sleep cycle is more nocturnal, but not entirely. Thought working nights would help, so I tried it the summer before last, but that resulted in getting even less sleep. The present is still much better than not being able to sleep for 2-4 days straight, which occurred often when I was 12-14. That's not something to be wished on anyone.

Yeah it really sucks... I'm also a really light sleeper too. It takes next to nothing to wake me up.

i have to be in the perfect conditions to sleep. i NEED sound, or else it will not happen. once i fall asleep, everything wakes me up if it is outside the normal sounds like the fan i run. the clicking of a pull chord of my blinds wakes me up instantly.
