Come on, though. You can't win them all. The Leafs were due. They just shut us down. This alone does not put us out of the playoffs. Carolina lost, so we're still only 2 points out.

bound to agree with timbo, the leafs were due for a win in buffalo. with florida and carolina losing, tonight doesn't hurt us.

exactly, people came in just expecting a win because it was toronto, toronto played very well defensively. cant win them all

And yes gotta give the Leafs credit, played a very solid game against us... Im just upset with how they played... was expecting a little better over all team play... and Miller looked good... no worries there

Seriously. The Leafs just beat Boston last night. They have to win sometime. Plus, no team can just keep losing to another team. Our streak was ridiculous. The Leafs hadn't beaten us in Buffalo since '08! Sometimes a team is just due.

That was a wasted chance at gaining Carolina tonight. But I have to give it to Toronto they really did play well tonight. Sabres look like they had no flow at all.
