I think its having the opposite effect. I bet there's about 5-6 players who know they're gone and this is effecting the whole team.

Connolly, Neidermeyer, Grier, Rivet, Gaustad, Lalime obviously. And bet Pegula is thinking about Hecht's and Pominville's contracts.

I wonder if the kids are loosing their focus as we still feel that we have to play older players who have stuck out loud for the majority of the season.
