I would assume that they officially announce that the purchase is final and then Terry Pegula will give a briefing about his thoughts/feelings about the process, introduce any additions to his management team and his ideas for the future but nothing overly specific.

I think he's probably fine, Gilbert seems to be a stand up guy, at least the couple times I met him. I can't imagine that he'd tell him yes, but then not let him in.

I'm just a worrywart. Phil's excited for this, want it to work out for him.
