Wgr stated that Paul Hamilton was talking to pegula and Pegula stated that his goal for this team is to win the cup within the next 3 years. Damn, seems a little out there but it's nit impossible. Looks like he wants to make changes asap and get a winning product out there.

I love how he excused them from the conference to go get ready for practice.

Bill Hoppe just tweeted that Gerbe drilled a hole in the ice near the eye of the Buffalo and planted something there.

None of the players are saying what it was.

Aftermath?
I wish I could experience the aftermath reaction from the crowd tomorrow night.

I'd have to assume he'd be announced at HSBC in some way...should be a memorable moment.

Anyone going to the game?

Does he have the intangibles?

3 years is about the going rate, Pittsburgh did it and Chicago did it since their number one overall picks.

Well if they want a full rebuild then 3 years is how it should be.

i like this. the lightning and canes both did this on their way to their cups. not saying buffalo will now win a cup, but the thought process, to me, is new regime, new attitude. maybe we see an energized team now? dunno.

I really wish those reporters would have asked better questions, it was so repetitive. I would have asked about free agency this summer and how aggressive they plan to pursue star players. :)

Listening right now, about 13 minutes in...I thought he sounded choked up but I didn't know. Then he did! He better not be faking that!

I say yes and no... I have really liked what I have seen out of Scrappy Do as of late. Playing with a chip, agitating a bit... hes has brought more to the table than i thought he would... a little more grit than i expected out of him... and I like that it was him with a drill at center ice, thats just kind of cool, lol...

With that said, the problem(s) with him currently are shot selection, just ask CV... and size... with Roy, Ennis, Gerbe, Byron... how many undersized guys can you really get away with on a hockey team in the NHL... Im not sure you can get it done with 4 of 'em... defiantly 2, maybe 3 and you better have some size and grit around those 3... which we dont have currently...

just my opnion...
