We know Connolly is not the long-term solution here. I hate to keep him around as a rental player, but Darcy Regier is slow acquiring a top center today.

Not even a nuclear power plant could generate the power you'd need to end Connolly's flatline. lol

EDIT: Although I did just read they were team mates in Erie. That slightly upgraded my optimism. But only slightly.

With all due respect to Mr. Hecht, Vanek needs a center with more skill to work with. Boyes has a much better skill set to work with Vanek.

Mike Robitaille was on the radio saying Lindy is pairing Boyes with Connolly. Which means Connolly goes no where. That's just fantastic!!!!

so how are we all going to feel *IF* Boyes comes in and plays with Connolly and Connololly plays out of his mind for the next 20 games/playoffs? I'm just saying, that would be quite the mind fuck.
