I cannot describe how sick and tired I am to see comments like this.

Which comment, the truth, the affirmation of the truth, or both?

The fact that every time someone makes a point, and a couple people disagree, they get butthurt 10 ways to Sunday, and whine that their opinion 'doesn't count'.

People are going to disagree with opinions. If you can't handle that fact, internet message boards may not be the best use of your time.

I have no problem with people disagreeing with me. Matter of fact I am more willing to give in to other peoples opinions. The issue with some people (especially here) believe that their opinions are facts and there is no disagreeing.

Bump. Sorry, but those 3rd period goals cancel out his earlier good stops, and that's just not good enough. I don't blame him for high-tailing it off the ice, I hope whatever got broken helps him to re-focus.

Edit - I know Myers and Sekera were TO machines tonight, but Miller was very slow to react when the puck was knocked off Sekera's stick at the post, and didn't get down and block the puck with his leg behind his glove. It was the 3rd or 4th whack that put it in...not good enough. The 3rd goal tip was a bouncer that he still had a chance on.

The rest of the team still deserves their fair share, like many blown scoring chances, but so does Miller. As money as he is sometimes, others times it's been frustrating.

Yeah he wasn't strong on that second goal. The stick is there to keep the puck from getting out in front, which Miller failed to do. And the third, I know it was a deflection, I just feel like that's a goal that elite goaltenders stop.

An elite goaltender can let a deflection goal in. It's a deflection.

Nooooo....once they are ~*~elite~*~, they NEVER let in those goals. Just ask any ~*~elite~*~ goalie, they'll tell you.

I wish there was a better way to define clutch than fan perception. I have some thoughts, statistics divided by period, statistics versus playoff teams, statistics against teams within a set number of points but I don't know that that really says anything.

Honestly, I don't see it out of Miller, or at least I don't see it enough. I feel that guys like Fleury and Ward embody "clutch" so much more.

I thought you only considered those goalies "lucky", or whatever.
