Looks like Chara gave him a nice shove into the divider, as SATW said. I'd imagine he didn't want to hurt him this bad, just knock him down.

he does. he pushed the dude's shoulder and he went into the divider. he does it a foot before or after and the guy's okay.

not a suspendable play, i wouldn't even call that dirty. very, very, very few people in the league are THAT dirty, because it is severely dangerous. concussion is usually the minimum for somethin like that.

the first replay (the second time you see it) they do it slower and it appears (to me of course) that chara pushes him into the divider.

Still, Chara is almost 7 feet tall and needs to be smarter in a situation like that. I don't think Chara is that dirty either, but players need to start being smarter or they can end up being just as dangerous as a dirty goon.

maybe the guy shouldn't have tried squeezing around chara when the game was out of reach anyways.

i don't want players to pull up at any point. play the game for the whole game. things happen, yes. this isn't like most other injuries in the nhl. there will be issues in a contact sport, it's unavoidable.
