Teams are bringing their best game to the Devils because of the run they're on.

NJ still has 12 games remaining, tied with Buffalo for the most of the eastern teams fighting for playoff position, but I still don't see them making up that ground.

did you even look at their schedule though.. it was really fuckin light.. the devils aren't scary, they aren't even that good.. the devils are still 6 points out and just lost to one of worst teams in nhl.. for fucks sake..if they beat the caps, the bluejackets, the bruins, and the pens, then us.. i will be scared but honestly dude that shit isnt going to happen.. they wont beat any of those teams.

The Devils would be a tough team to play now or in the playoffs, but they won't be a powerhouse. There's too much parity, ups and downs that teams all go through.

I love that clip from Aliens though. Bill Paxton's lines are hilarious in that movie, and I still quote them in the middle of drama at my job.
