his in game mental toughness was above and beyond incredible.

So Sekera and Myers fuck up, and ultimately screw Miller and the team, and Miller is to blame, and doesn't have mental toughness.

These boards lack common sense these days.

Stats are not everything but they do mean something. Goals against, save percentage.....you know the stuff most people look at for goalies. Show me why Miller is an elite goalie. He had an amazing season last year, absolutely amazing. I was a huge supporter of Miller throughout this season, up until recently. Elite goaltenders steal games, Miller is not "stealing games" like he did last year. He is not making the "not humanly possible" saves like he did last year.... If he rebounds during the playoffs (if they team makes it) or rebounds next season then I'll be back on the Miller bandwagon

He's an elite goaltender because he's been a force for years and then exploded last year. He's rebounded this half of the year, even after being decent. One game where Myers and Sekera fucked up doesn't define his season. His team really drags him down sometimes.

Miller was left hanging out to dry on several occassions, and a few of them missed the net. The 2nd and 3rd goal were stoppable though. They weren't empty nets on gift wrapped TOS, Miller could have stopped them. There's equal blame in and out of the crease tonight.

Please show me where I am blaming Miller for this lost. I just made a sarcastic statement because when anyone makes any comment about Miller in a negative sense they get attacked (like you did to me when I stated my opinion). I have my opinion like you do but I'm not attacking anyone for their opinion.

nope it isn't. I guess I added sarcasm to more sarcasm....that is the amazing thing about message boards, it's hard to tell sarcasm. I honestly thought they were blaming Miller and I was just commented on others who defend Miller at all cost (not matter what happens in the game). There is no way I thought Miller was the issue in this game. I said it several times that I am blaming the whole team. If anyone (or two) are to blame I pin it on Myers and Sekera but the whole team backed off in the third unlike last night

Just listened to the post game with Hamilton. Apparently the players were blowing up some bad in the room, bifting shit across the room and yelling and stuff.

I just said that because I was attacked by several members during a previous GDT when (in my opinion) I thought Miller was letting in soft goals. I learned quickly that you cannot make any sort of negative comment on this board about Miller. I have no problems with anyone opinion about anything. If you think he's an elite goalie, cool. I just don't think so. I'm not the type of person to challenge someone's opinion.

Yeah, I think the Sabres surprised everyone...... Especially after such an amazing game last night where they didn't let their foot off the gas.

They DOMINATED that game, and then the soft defensive zone play, the lazy "don't hit anybody we will get a penalty" mentality, and BAM. Threw it all away. The team looks unsure of themselves with a lead. SO stupid, all they have to do is man up in their own zone and get more physical.
